Big Bang Ceramics is the studio of Rachel — a hand-builder working in Portland, Oregon. Each piece is built without a wheel, shaped slowly by hand, and fired in small batches.

The work lives between function and sculpture: vases that pour, carafes that hold weight, earrings light enough to forget you're wearing them. Color is considered carefully — layered glazes, oxide washes, and the occasional glaze that does something unexpected in the kiln.

Everything is one of a kind. When it's gone, it's gone.
